I was represented by Gina Messamer for a criminal assault case in Mahaska County. Over the past ten years, I'd been repeatedly harassed, arrested by police, and wrongly prosecuted by the same ACA in Mahaska County, always with the same pattern....I'd be arrested on a trumped up charge based on fictional events, then I'd be offered a plea deal on "lesser included charges" that was "beneficial" to me. I can not say enough amazing things about this law firm and Austin Jungblut! We thought all hope was lost when my fiancés attorney said he would be spending 13 years in prison.
