Kyle is a Des Moines native, and only left the city briefly while he attended Iowa State University. At Iowa State, Kyle double majored in Political Science as well as Philosophy. He also volunteered as a teaching assistant in the Political Science Department. It was during this volunteer experience, Kyle decided going to law school was the next step he wanted to take in life.
Starting 2020, Kyle began attending Drake University Law School. While at Drake, he served as a member of the Drake Law Review, and then as one of the Research Editors on the editorial board for the journal. Kyle also gained experience by participating in various moot court activities where he presented arguments before the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court. Outside of Drake, Kyle worked as a law clerk at Roxanne Conlin and Associates for two years. During this clerkship, he worked on numerous cases and multiple jury trials.
These opportunities have given Kyle experience in the areas of Civil Litigation, Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Appeals, and Civil Rights.
Kyle currently resides in the Des Moines metro area where he enjoys live music, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
